The underlying world.

There is that fundamental part of me that believes there is perfection in this universe. In this perfection, to me there is our physical aspect, the third dimension, which englobes our personality, our purely human part and our non-physical aspect, the beyond physical dimension, the forth dimension, which englobes the invisible, the nameless part of ourselves. These two parts must be fully accepted, any access of them, divides, separates, which means brings chaos to our minds and souls. Ultimately though the chaos is more mental, as the soul doesn’t know confusion.

In that universal perfection, the perfect alignment of these realms, there is presence of the masculine polarity and the feminine, everyone possesses both. Every one can have more tendencies to one of them.

That, to me, has the meaning of being perfectly orchestrated in a way that our inner world reflects our outer world. The practice lays in the underworld of both polarities, all of which doesn’t allow that alignment to take place, or all of which makes that alignment difficult or nearly impossible sometimes. The impossible though is a strong belief of the mind, the mental aspect. Independently from gender or sexual orientation, the masculine and feminine come as energies in each and every one of us. Within each and everyone of us, there is a human body with both polarities.

Depending on how these polarities are aligned, together with the underworld conditions, we will attract people that will resonate strongest with our present condition at any specific time. In our modern society, instead of consolidating by merging both worlds together, we divide them which brings opposite forces, translating in to resistance and therefor conflict. The more I try to be one of both, the more there is resistance to life and therefor conflict with others. Where does the resistance goes? Ultimately against ourselves, it infuses pain and suffering, rather it is a loud externalised kind of pain or inwardly inflicted.

The third dimension in that resistance, is mainly observable through its overly driven sexualised manifestation. Everything around it involves lustful attractions. The keyword here is lustfulness involving every action, every reaction with an underlying intention of lust. It brings chaos in our minds and ultimately pain in our hearts. That lust is expressed through lustful thoughts, mostly with the intend that we will find something outside ourselves that will fill a part of us that can be deeply unconscious at first. We don’t even realise we are doing that, running, or searching for something to fulfil something in us.

The reflection can therefor show up when you realise that you are going through some painful experiences over and over again. That awareness then shows by replacing the “filling a part of you” with filling in a void, something that seems or feels empty inside you. Mostly it is reflected by a low sense of self, a distorted self image, the incapacity to exist without pain or suffering, the underlying mystery of having a need you cannot name.

That’s what we find when it comes to lustful thinking, within awareness, because lust is a blind-full reality, it is as empty as the action in and of itself. That’s the overindulging in something, it can be a substance, an object, food, anything your brain will put a fixation on and that represents that boost that it thinks it needs now I order to feel good again. The same can be found in the actual modern industries of marketing, social media or music industry.

If you think of it, who are you trying to impress? What are you trying to achieve? What answer do you honestly get when you ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing? It takes practice to realise that there comes a time in which you will need to face these questions and going through any addictive thought your brain has build up in you. What is lust ultimately? Isn’t it the state that doesn’t allow you to see, feel or think clearly anymore? Is that what you are searching for? To not see, think or feel? And why?

That same tendency can be observed when it comes to the forth dimension, the non-physical reality, when we try to see everything only through the divine, practically rejecting the human part of ourselves which at the end is not divinely orchestrated. To me, that involves as much resistance as the first aspect I just described. What are you pretending to be and why? It involves the same dimension of lust, but with a little nuance in it. Can we still talk about lust then? How could we name it differently? I am not sure if it is that different from the other. It manifests differently, but has ultimately the same division to it.

Both worlds, unaligned, are trying to express the underlying essence, the need of power which eventually means to feel powerful, and therefor being in control over my world. All search of power, actively or passively is ultimately a choice you make, a decision you take to interact with life. Can you ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing?
